Speech
MAY is a safe space for everyone. For that reason, speech which is racist, misogynist, ableist, fatphobic, homophobic or transphobic will not be tolerated at any time.Â
no show/cancellation
If you book a Massage Therapy appointment and do not come to it, you are subject to a no-show fee equal to 50% of the missed treatment cost. This fee is not covered by insurance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cancelled treatment cost. This fee is not covered by insurance.

If you need to cancel your appointment due to a family emergency, flare up, meltdown/shutdown, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.Â
illness
If you or a close contact has experienced new or worsening symptoms of illness (such as fever, sore throat, cough, runny nose, etc.) within 5 days of a booked appointment, you are asked to cancel your appointment and reschedule. You will not be charged a cancellation fee.Â

If you show up visibly ill, you will be asked to leave.Â

payment processing
Payments for Massage Therapy services by credit card are subject to a $5 fee. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and applies to payments online and in-person.
