here's how to get to my treatment room :)

My room is located at 15 Rowland Crescent in St. Albert, AB. If you search MAY Health in Google Maps, it will bring you right there.

This is the outside of the building. You can park anywhere in the lot *you can disregard reserved parking - except for the accessible stalls*

If the front door is locked, ring this doorbell and I will open the door for you. The front door will likely be locked for weekday appointments after 5pm and on weekends. You are welcome to come early for your appointment, but please note that if you arrive more than 20 minutes before your schedule time, I may still be in treatment and might not open the door.

Once inside, you can take the elevator or stairs up to the 3rd floor.

Turn left at the end of the hallway and enter unit 300 - the kindred space.

If I'm not here to greet you, feel free to make a coffee or tea and have a seat.
