Massage Therapy is a hands-on modality which focuses on increasing movement in muscles and connective tissues, decreasing pain and sympathetic nervous system response (fight or flight) and promoting well-being.
Each treatment is tailored to what my patients need at the time. Whether it's addressing a specific injury or condition, managing chronic pain, maintaining mobility, or simply taking a moment for yourself, each time you step into my room, we will discuss treatment goals and make a plan together.
I've been fortunate to work with many individuals, including those experiencing connective tissue disorders, skeletal changes such as scoliosis and arthritis, joint replacements, new and chronic injuries, surgery recovery, implanted medical devices, disability and neurodivergence.
My treatment room is located at the kindred space - #300, 15 Rowland Crescent St. Albert, Alberta.
